Hosting with Cloudflare Pages
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Requests involve technical connection data, including IP address, time, requested URL and browser information. This enables content delivery and protection against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and accessible website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cloudflare processes data as part of its hosting and security services. Processing in the United States and other countries outside the European Economic Area is possible. Contractual provisions for data processing and international transfers are described in the Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum . Further information about technical data, processing purposes and retention is provided in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
We do not operate additional visitor analytics or store our own access logs. The hosting provider retains technical data according to its operational and security purposes and contractual and legal obligations.
Cookies, analytics and external content
The website code we provide contains no advertising trackers, visitor analytics or contact form. Fonts are supplied by your device; the train image is served with the site. No maps, videos or social media content are embedded. Necessary functions of the hosting and access platform are separate from this website code.
Contact by email or telephone
When you contact us, we process your contact details and the content of your enquiry to respond. Contract-related enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Communication passes through the services you use and our email or telephone provider.
We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to handle them and to comply with applicable retention obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
